New department, same mission

Effective July 2026, the Department of Health Sciences brings together nutrition, public health, and speech-language pathology under one roof. As part of the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences, we learn, lead, and serve to improve the health, safety, and well-being of Tennessee, our nation, and the world.
